33 TRAIN
Catch the train! An extended version of the 33 minute workout, jump on the train at any time and jump off when you feel your ride is over. A great class to challenge yourself and see how many stations you can pass.

Hardcore 33
This class is specially designed to develop core strength with a focus on abdominal muscles. Utilises the benefits of the swill ball and medicine ball.
