Boot Camp courses are for everyone. We are focusing on getting every participant results. A full fitness assessment on application, plus monitoring throughout the course by 2 professional trainers who will help you:

  • increase your aerobic fitness
  • reduce your body fat
  • increasing muscle tone and improving your over all energy levels

With results that will also surpass just the physical benefits by making you feel more confident and motivated in other areas of your life.

THE PROGRAM: 3 x 1 hour Intense Boot Camp sessions per week over a 4 week period.
